Marriott Bonvoy New Members Get a Free Night After Two Stays

Because everyone had better things to do on Valentine’s Day, most people might have missed the fact that Marriott has decided to rebrand its loyalty program to Marriott Bonvoy.

To celebrate the rebrand, Marriott is offering new Bonvoy members a free night after making two paid stays before June 28, 2019. That’s like easily achievable in one weekend, and I’m sure everyone has at least one trip coming up before the summer.

Especially if you consider the fact that it’s possible to book two one-night bookings consecutively. That counts.1

Get those free nights, yo.

Per One Mile at a Time:

New Marriott Bonvoy members can earn a free night certificate after making two paid stays between now and June 28, 2019. Stays at all participating Marriott and Starwood properties count towards this promotion, and the free night certificate will be valid at hotels costing up to 25,000 points per night (which is the equivalent of a Category 4 hotel in standard season).

See you at a Marriott, soon. 🖖

1 footnote

  1. So, basically a stay of one night, followed by a stay of another night in the same hotel. It is possible to ask the hotel staff to simply keep the bookings separate but to keep the same room, in true travel hacker style.
