Easter Island? Check. Coffee? Nom. Starting this week, we have the wonderful Karen Lao taking over Map Happy's Instagram feed as she chows down and travels around the world. I want to be her.
Here's a little introduction for you who haven't checked out her gorgeous feed: Karen is a Dallas-based IT developer who's got an eye for photography, travel and coffee (she's also got a pretty wicked sense of humor, to boot). More importantly, she's been to places we've never been!
